To unlock the full potential of our living concept, we created an even better one matching your everyday needs. From August 2023 until June 2024, we worked on an upgrade of your apartment, the community areas and the services. Check out what has been done!

Your community areas have been completely upgraded! What is new?
Have fun cooking in your new new community kitchen, take concentrated learning sessions in our study area and workout in our brand-new inhouse gym! You will meet the house manager in the optimized reception lounge in the entrance and chill out area.
Your apartments has been upgraded as well! Enjoy it in its new glance!

Doing laundry is definitely not one of your favourite to do’s. But in the end, you can’t get around it, so we’ll rebuild it for you.
The laundry room has been renovated. From now on you are able to use appWash to make washing more convenient. Happy washing!
The upgrade of apartments will take place in the period of 21.08.-22.09.2023. Each week, a certain block of apartments will be renovated during the day. (up to 15 apartments per day; one floor per week).
You have the option to give us – THE FIZZ – a power of attorney, through which you will allow us to enter your apartment even in your absence. Or you can empower a third person (e.g. a friend) to represent you in the process. If you need a power of attorney, you must sign it personally at reception by 4th August 2023 the latest.
You can sign the power of attorney at the reception by 04.08.2023 the latest when you pick up your storage boxes.
You received a separate email with the exact date your apartment will be upgraded and other information about the process. We work from floor to floor week after week. The upgrade takes place between 8am and 6pm. However, you can move back to your apartment on the same day.
Yes, we will offer you up to three storing boxes which you can pick up at the reception to pack and store your belongings temporarily. Your belongings must be stored in your cabinets or in your bathroom, as we don’t have extra storing space in the building. The cabinets and bathroom will be sealed together with you, so your belongings are safe. If you hand over your apartment by yourself, you can sign the sticker. In case of a power of attorney, one of our colleagues will sign it.
According to your rental agreement, we are allowed to make improvements in your apartment. If you deny us access, you must compensate us for the effort that arises from this.
