Since the autumn of 2020, we have also been represented in the Czech capital. The residence has a total of 539 apartments between 13 and 31 sqm on offer – naturally fully furnished and with their own kitchens and bathrooms. The diverse, multifaceted community areas (study room, gaming corner, movie lounge and communal kitchen) are topped by a sky lounge on the 7th floor. From there you will enjoy the sweeping, royal views over the “Golden City”.

    Expecting a larger delivery? Pick up your standard size packages at the reception during opening hours.
  • WASHING & DRYING
    In the basement you can wash and dry around the clock without having to go out the door (subject to charge).
  • RENTAL ARTICLES
    Borrow household items for free, such as a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, PlayStation, board games and more.

    Take part in events and activities – exclusively for FIZZies. Whether it’s a cooking or movie night, a workshop, a yoga class or a lecture: Naturally, your friends are always welcome.

Security

  • SECURITY
    You are in safe hands with us: All public areas are under video surveillance. A security service is on duty at night and on weekends.
