To unlock the full potential of our living concept, we created an even better one matching your everyday needs. We are made an upgrade of your apartment, the community areas and our services.

We finished the apartment upgrade! Your own four walls are shining in a new glance!
What is new?
Beds and matrasses, desk chair and stool, wall-, ceiling-, desk- and standing lamps, curtains, cooking field, cutlery system, sink & tapware, kitchen counter top, anti-splash shield, Modulair Rail System incl. pinboard
The upgrade of the community areas is comple as well!
But what is new? We created new community kitchens on the ground and 10th floor, a brand new gaming area, chill-out lounge and cinema. You can find the house managers in the brand new entrance area at the reception lounge.
Doing laundry is definitely not one of your favourite activities. But in the end you can’t get around it.
As part of your upgrade we have provided you with brand new washing machines! Furthermore, washing becomes more easily with appWash! Have fun washing your laundry!
Luckily your apartment upgrade has been successfully finished! What is new?
The upgrade of apartments took place from 31.07.-22.08.2023.
You had the option to give us – THE FIZZ – a power of attorney, through which you will allow us to enter your apartment even in your absence. Or you could empower a third person (e.g. a friend) to represent you in the process.
We reached out to you via several channels, especially via regular newsletters.
Yes, we offered you to pick up up to three storing boxes to pack and store your belongings temporarily. Your belongings must have been be stored in your cabinets or in your bathroom, as we don’t have extra storing space in the building. The cabinets and bathroom have been sealed together with you, so your belongings weresafe. If you had to hand over your apartment by yourself, you could have signed the sticker. In case of a power of attorney, one of our colleagues signed it.
According to your rental agreement, we are allowed to make improvements in your apartment. If you deny us access, you must compensate us for the effort that arises from this.
