Our very latest addition to the THE FIZZ family offers 165 single apartments for individuals who favor international flair within walking distance. Your new home is super-centrally located just a few minutes’ walking distance from various university facilities, shopping opportunities, the main railway station and the city center. You prefer to be more mobile? Park your bike or car safely and securely in our own underground car park.

You have a question or don’t know what to do? Something needs to be repaired? House Manager Hannah and Assistant House Manager Helga will support you in finding your way in the new environment and will accompany you during your entire stay at THE FIZZ. Just drop by for a quick “hello” at the reception!
