At THE FIZZ you get an all-in living concept that leaves nothing to be desired. You decide between self-sufficient living and heartwarming community lifestyle. Because in addition to your fully furnished own four walls, you will also find versatile shared spaces where you can connect to a vibrant community and take part in ongoing events. Our House Managers on site are there for you right from the start and support you in settling in and finding your way around.

Our ambition at THE FIZZ is to enable you to plan your costs well. We include the lump utility costs in your monthly all-in price and try to keep them stable.

However, due to the current world situation and cost developments, we may have to adjust your share during your rental period. We guarantee that we will never make any profit out of such raises, but these will only cover cost increases in the current market.
