We offer a campus contract with a minimum period of 12 months. The campus contract requires that you are enrolled as a student or PHD candidate in order to lease the apartment. The duration is indefinite, but can be no longer than 3 months after you have completed your studies.
Better together: enjoy your private studio (including private bathroom and kitchen), and also have a perk of sharing common kitchen with your other 4 neighbours. You also have different sizes of cluster studios to choose from.
In the airy roof terraces you can relax with your friends or recharge your batteries.
Get to know your roommates in the versatile community areas – including foosball and billiard table.
You prefer getting around on two wheels? Park your bike dry and safely in the lockable bike basement.
You need support in the house or are you looking for tips outside of THE FIZZ? Something needs to be repaired? Feel free to contact your Residential Managers on site.
On the ground floor you can wash and dry your laundry 24/7 without having to leave the house (subject to charge).
Borrow household items at the TULU vending machine 24/7 (subject to charge), such as a vacuum cleaner, mob, printer, games and more.
Our employees are trained in first aid and fire protection in order to react correctly and quickly in case of emergency.
You are in safe hands with us: All public areas are under video surveillance. A security service is on duty at various times to watch over your safety.

Advance payment for service costs utility:
Advance payment for service costs general – € 47.05
Furniture fee
Advanced payment of media fee – € 23.90
Community fee – € 24.20
The service costs utility concern an advance payment and will be settled annually based on actual usage, based on individual metering. Also, the service costs general and media fee concern an advance payment and will be settled annually based on actual incurred costs. Fee furniture and community fee are not subject to annual settlement.
*Double occupancy will incur an additional fee of 50% of the service costs utilities and 100% of the community fee (€ 71.70 per month for X-large; € 81.70 for double XX-large ).
You can apply for a housing subsidy if you meet certain criteria in terms of income, assets and age (for standard studios with base rent up to € 856.00: age 23+; for cluster studios with base rent up to € 431.00: age 18+).
