You need support in the house or are you looking for tips outside of THE FIZZ? Something needs to be repaired? Feel free to contact your House Managers on site.

Borrow household items for free, such as a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack, board games and more.

Expecting a parcel and don‘t want to wait all day for it? Pick up your packages at the reception during opening hours.

You can wash and dry 24/7 without having to go out (subject to a fee).

Do you still need bedding or towels? Just buy your set here in advance or on the spot from the House Managers.

Our employees are trained in first aid and fire protection in order to react correctly and quickly in case of emergency.

You are in safe hands with us: All public areas are under video surveillance. A security service is on duty on weekends.
