About us

In 2017, we embarked on a new chapter with the launch of THE FIZZ Vienna Brigittenau. It quickly became one of our largest and most international houses, uniting over 60 nationalities under one roof. With 635 apartments across 7 floors, a spacious roof terrace, and a gym next door, along with easy access to city amenities, it offers a dynamic living environment tailored to meet every tenant’s needs.

In 2019, we expanded our portfolio with the opening of our second house, THE FIZZ Vienna Main Station, located in the heart of the city. This new addition provides convenient urban living while maintaining the vibrant community atmosphere that defines THE FIZZ experience.

In fall 2020, we proudly introduced THE FIZZ Prague, a gamechanger in the Czech Republic’s student accommodation landscape. Recognized with the prestigious “Best of Realty 2020” award in the hotel category, it represents our ongoing commitment to pushing boundaries and upgrading the student living experience.

In fall 2021, THE FIZZ Utrecht emerged as our first location in the Netherlands, marking a significant milestone in our journey. Recognized with Coliving Awards in the “Building & Architecture” category, it embodies our dedication to fostering the overall wellbeing of our tenants and creating environments where they can connect and grow together.

As we move forward, we’re excited to unveil our new houses in Berlin, Hamburg, Leiden and Ludwigshafen soon, marking our ongoing growth across Europe. Meanwhile, we’ve upgraded and modernized apartments, community areas, and services in our existing houses across Germany and Austria. These enhancements reflect our ongoing dedication to providing top-notch student housing experiences as we continue to grow and evolve.
