You prefer getting around on two wheels? Park your bike in front of the house or dry and safely in the lockable bike cellar.
Talk personally with your House Manager or House Technician. You can reach out to the team during opening hours at the reception or via e-mail and phone.
Borrow household items for free, such as a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack, board games and more.
Expecting a parcel and don‘t want to wait all day for it? Pick up your packages at the reception during opening hours.
In the basement, you can wash and dry 24/7 without having to go out (subject to a fee).
Do you still need bedding or towels? Just buy your set here in advance or on the spot from the House Managers.
Our employees are trained in first aid and fire protection in order to react correctly and quickly in case of emergency.
Safe and sound through difficult times: Our common areas, study rooms, fitness rooms, movie & gaming areas, community kitchens and outdoor areas have been upgraded and adapted in accordance with current regulations. More info on the Covid-19 measures here.
You are in safe hands with us: All public areas are under video surveillance. A security service is on duty at night and on weekends.
