How can I get a personal price offer for my new accommodation agreement?

Please fill out the form above and we will send you your personal price offer which is dependent on your length of stay and the time you book your apartment.

 

Until when can I sign my new accommodation agreement and receive the special price offer? 

You can receive your special personal price offer if you sign your new accommodation agreement until the communicated deadline (newsletter & letter). In order to receive it, please fill out the form above.

Please note that only a limited contingent is allocated to the early bird promotion. Once the relevant allocation is used up, the offer ends immediately, even if the promotion period has not yet ended.

Booking

Do I need to complete the new booking, or will you adjust my current booking?  

Yes, we would need to make the new booking since the current booking has been done for specific date & period. The new booking will be done only after you agree with your personal price offer.

 

For how long can I extend?

You can sign your new acommodation agreement for a semester (6-7months) or one year (12months). The earlier you book, the greater is the chance that you will receive requested booking period at the best conditions.

 

Can I change the apartment?

It depends on the availability of the apartments. If there is an available option, the change of the apartment is possible. Currency swaps are possible only if the full deposit for the new booking is paid again. Please note that there will be a regular admission fee to be paid in case of an apartment swap:

    • 80 €/2000 CZK for 12 month stays
    • 150 €/3750 CZK for 6-7 month stays

 

Can I stay in the same apartment?

Yes, you can stay in the same apartment if you sign your new accommodation agreement before the communicated deadline (newsletter & letter). After this deadline, we will start renting the apartments again for the summer semester, and we can no longer guarantee that your current apartment will still be available.

 

What documents should I provide for a new accommodation agreement? 

In order to sign your new accommodation agreement, we need to receive a proof of study or an employment (in case you are a young professional) and liability insurance.

 

Can I stay in my apartment if I’m too late and request new accommodation agreement after the communicated deadline?

It depends on the availability. If your apartment is still available, of course, we will be happy to offer it to you. However, in this case, the promotion price will not apply anymore and you will have to pay the listed all-in price.

 

What can I do if I want to extend my stay later, but my apartment is no longer available? 

If your apartment is no longer available, we will try to find another one for you (upon availability).

 

In which cases am I not be able to extend my stay?

You will not be offered a new accommodation agreement if you still have some open payments related to your current accommodation agreement or if you have not provided us an Inkasso. Please complete these steps first to be able to extend your stay.

Will my all-in price stay the same if I sign a new accommodation agreement?  

The price is dependent on your length of stay and the time you book your apartment. Please fill out the form above and we will send you your personal price offer.

 

Do I have to pay the admission fee again?

With our pricing concept, a reduced admission fee is requested in advance if the extension takes place for the same apartment. The reduced admission fee is only 20 €/500 CZK comparing to the regular admission fee of max. 150 €/3750 CZK.

If you wish to sign a new accommodation agreement in a different apartment, then the regular admission fee will apply:

    • 80 €/2000 CZK for 12 month stays
    • 150 €/3750 CZK for 6-7 month stays

 

Do I have to pay the deposit again?  

Your paid deposit for your accommodation agreement will be transfered to the new one. Depending on the new all-in price, an additional deposit payment might be required. Currency swaps are possible only if the full deposit for the new booking is paid again.

 

Should I transfer the first all-in price upfront again or will it be charged automatically?  

According to your new accommodation agreement you need to transfer the new first all-in price at least 30 days before the new accommodation agreement start.

 

Can I cancel/withdraw from my new accommodation agreement after I have signed it, if my plans change? 

You can only withdraw your accommodation agreement within 14 days from the moment of booking confirmation.
