Click on the “Book now” button on our website and choose the city you want to start a booking. Choose the respective apartment category and size, as well as the rental period and click on “Continue”. Find a summary of your booking and click on the button “Book now”. Finally, register and start the booking process.

As soon as we’ve received your admission fee, we will countersign your contract and send it back to you by e-mail. At this moment, your accommodation agreement already is valid!

In case you don’t make the payment of the admission fee in time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled after 5 days.

In exceptions, we could enlarge the 5 days reservation period since it sometimes takes longer for some banks to transfer the payment.

The deposit and the first month rent must be paid at least 30 days before the start of your accommodation agreement. You will find the payment information in your contract. Without the payment confirmation, we cannot hand you over the keys on the day of your move in. If you are booking less than 30 days in advance, please send us all amounts in one bank transfer. Please be aware that you have to pay all bank fees and any difference in the exchange rate.
