2025 has been a year of growth, creativity, and community at THE FIZZ. From new locations to exciting projects, here’s a look back at our highlights and what’s ahead in 2026.
2025 has been an exciting year for THE FIZZ!
We’ve grown, embraced new challenges, and shared plenty of amazing community moments along the way. As the year comes to a close, it’s the perfect time to look back and celebrate what we’ve achieved together.
New locations, innovative concepts, and creative projects have shown once again that THE FIZZ is about more than just living: it’s about being part of a real community.

Right at the start of the year, the opening of the new THE FIZZ Ludwigshafen-Mannheim kept us busy. Today, we’re proud of this location in the Rhine-Neckar region, offering students and young professionals from Mannheim and Ludwigshafen a modern and peaceful base for an exciting life in the metropolitan area.
We’re constantly developing new ways to make everyday life more comfortable. In Berlin, we introduced THE FIZZ Plus, a concept designed to make moving in and settling down easier than ever, with flexible services and community options.
Digital from the Start
The digital experience of our residents is just as important as life on site. That’s why we focus on a booking process that’s fast, straightforward, and user-friendly. All this effort paid off: in 2025, THE FIZZ was nominated for the “Best Booking Experience” GSL Award.
Getting Creative
A very special passion project gained momentum this year. Next year, the international THE FIZZ Vienna Main Station will get a fresh new look. One side of the building’s facade will be designed by a group of artists focusing on biodiversity, turning the building into a living canvas for urban nature and habitats.
During a creative workshop, a wide range of ideas, messages, and motifs came together, and our excitement continues to grow!
Heading into the New Year
2025 has been busy and eventful, and there’s only one thing left to say: we’re ready for 2026!
New buildings, exciting community formats, and creative projects are waiting to come to life, together with you. Step by step, we’ll continue developing THE FIZZ as a home for students across Europe, creating spaces, trying out new ideas, and strengthening a community where everyone feels welcome.
Here’s to another year of growth, creativity, and community at THE FIZZ. Together, we’ll make 2026 even more exciting, creating homes, memories, and moments that last a lifetime.
